Removing an Executor, some considerations

I’m very dissatisfied with my executor! Some thoughts before removing them. Before removing an executor some consideration should be given to whether they are in fact carrying out their duties. These are outlined in what is called “The Executors Oath” which is to be found at section 25 of the Administration of Estates Act 1925.
