Family Counselling

Family Counselling

Family Counselling is a taboo subject in the UK,

In the United states counselling is a part of every day life.

Us brits tend to keep all our feelings to ourselves and find it uncomfortable about sharing with other people. Family counselling can help the whole family if you are suffering from losing someone close. For example losing your mother or father  can be a terrible loss and its not just you that suffers its the children aswell. You are having to cope with the loss or up and coming loss and it can be a scary time. You have to keep youself together for you children or if no children siblings friends etc. Because if you don’t you will break down and that will happen if you don’t talk. Having a  close friend is good enough. Just know that there are plenty of charitable companies that offer grieving people a chance to talk to someone who won’t judge.

Contacting a counsellor or group counselling can benefit you and your family come to terms with your loss.
