Final Duties was set up by Adam Walker shortly after the death of his father. Like so many people who have suffered a bereavement, Adam was horrified by the cost of obtaining Probate and frustrated by the solicitor’s reluctance to provide an accurate fixed fee quotation for the costs involved.
He also saw a real need for a service that would co-ordinate the activities of the many people who have to be involved in resolving a deceased person’s affairs. Final Duties was set up to provide just such a service.

Our Probate Solicitors
All legal work will be handled by our carefully chosen panel of specialist Probate Solicitors. We have been able to negotiate highly competitive rates with these firms because of the volume of work that we give them. All our solicitors are regulated by the Solicitors Regulatory Authority.
Our solicitors panel is managed by our Operations Director, Rob Sendall. Rob was previously Managing Director of the legal services firm Conveyancing Live in which capacity he managed more than 70,000 conveyancing transactions per annum.
